What Self-Care means to me: “Self-Care can mean me not picking up the phone to chat with friends or it can mean me picking up the phone to schedule my annual. Self-Care is simply giving myself permission to enjoy, love, heal, rest, relax, restore, and to always make my mental and physical health a priority. For me it’s more than a lifestyle, it is a life promise.”
