Tiffany Nicole Webb, MBA, CEWP, is the Founder and Creator of We Thrive Women. She is also the Owner and Visionary behind Unique Occasions byTNicole, Inc, an Event Management and Planning company that specializes in providing event services and resources to plan or assist with any social, corporate or personal occasion. She is professionally known as an Event Planner Consultant, but she really considers herself to be a leader who believes in service. She prides herself on providing assistance and services that help people create and experience memorable events that last a lifetime.

We Thrive Women provides a platform for Tiffany to focus on creating rewarding experiences for all women with all walks of life from various cultural backgrounds. Tiffany is very passionate about encouraging  women to truly live their best life in a well-balanced and healthy way.  Women play so many roles and wear many hats in their everyday life. Women are Mothers, Wives, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Managers, Executives, Leaders, Sisters and Friends. Every single day, we as women carry many responsibilities. Many women find it second nature to be spinning so many plates at once, so we do it every single day on a constant repeat. So much so that we forget to stop and take a break or take time for ourselves through self-care.

Self-Care is so important to our overall health and well-being as women. We have to take time each day to refill, refuel and reenter our mind, body and soul. We Thrive Women allows likeminded women to come together to learn from each other on how to practice routine self-care through our intimate and fun interactive Meet Ups, Annual Retreats and with our private Online Community. We Thrive Women focuses on empowering women to practice self-care through providing educational knowledge, resources, and practical tools and tips for Mental Health Support, Physical Health & Wellness, Beauty and Personal Development.
